Thanks, When I was a kid (an eternity ago), the groat question was- \What Noise Annoys An Oye tor?t\--The anawer to this was/ and is, \A Noisy Noise Annoys An Qyster.\ The nolsy siren of the Hilton Firs Pepartment annoyed this Oyster on Good Friday, Thirteen alarms came in and this siren shricks out EIGHT HLASTS loud enough to burst the eardrums {when ont resides within a quar- tor of a mile {from the Fire House} One hundred and four times Ye were annoyed by this, simply because some Oysters wore busy buroing up their brub, «tc. All the dogs in the inmedints vicinity were 11mg so i ath speaking for them, also, When this «siren was installed it no doubt was 3 now al « the frumac mes £ radle in their homes. 'The ¥clume of the siren Blants would Indicate that most of the Hilon volunteers reside in Wal- ker, or Haralin, or perhaps, in Greece. It is odd how many of Hilton's Oysters shrieked for a Leash Law because a neighbors Dog came on their property and made « nolse (barkedt, yet, no one makes a prop about the Siren.
