Mrs. Oliver was suffering from a head injury which occurred when she fell in the back yard of her home. Tbe deputy took her to Dr. Ferguson in Brockport, and, she was taken home by her husband, who was summoned from work. Wallace of Byron, aged 73, a veterinarian, died on Sunday night, Jan. 2, 1955, in an ambulance enroute to Genesee Memorial Hospital, Batavia. He had been taken Ol at his home on Townline Rd., Byron. The son of David A. and Eliza- beth Dodds Wallace, he was born in Brockport on Pec. 30, 1881. He graduated from Batavia\ High School and the University of Tor- onto School of Veterinary Medi cine. Before going to Byron he practiced in Bergen and ran an animal hosiptal in Batavia. He was a past president of the Gen- esee County Humane Society.
