Dr. Hawley.— The administration of Harnaon has been an excellent one. It baa been clean and business- like, and he deserved re-nomination. John 0. His adminis tmtion has given excellent satisfac- tion and the republicans will stand by him. George P. Taitt—Tbe nomination is tbe best that could have been made. Harrison was entitled to it. Jf he has the united support of his party, he will carry more states than any presidential candidate of recent times. There is no doubt of his election. H. G. AJdrich.—I think that either Blaine or McKinley would have been a wiser choice on the gronnd of availability. The convention, how- ever, has spoken, and every loyal republican will doubtless consider it his duty to acquiesce m the result of j its deliberation. Hon. D. Presi- dent Harrison will poll as large a vote in this county as any other candidate that could have been nominated- and to those Republicans who want a rattling, enthusiastic canvass, let me say to them kindly possess your souls in patience, for between now and November you will see inaugurated a campaign that will enlist tbe sympathies and aid of every Republican man woman and child, in this county, and the enthusiasm for Harrison and Reid will be at fever heat.
