COURT REJECTS PRIMARY FRAUD SUIT BY CURRY Supreme Court Justice Ellsworth C. Lawrence, Wednesday, dismissed the action disputing the nomination of Dennis Dillon of Baquetta Lake as the Republican candidate for Hamilton County Judge. Arguments on the case were presented before Justice Lawrence at the opening of Supreme Court this week in Ballston Spa. Charges of irregularity of fraud were brought by James D. Curry, attorney, residing at Blue Mountain Lake, Who was candidate for the Republican nom ination. Justice Lawrence asserted he had found no evidence to support the allegations made by Attorney Curry. Dillon, a layman, who has held the County Judgeship since 1932 claimed the nomination by a margin of 13 votes. Curry, disputing the nomination, ques tioned the validity of certain ballots cast in the Town of Arietta, where the final count was Curry 22. Dillon 18. A new complication in the political tangle arose immediately after the de cision was handed down. Curry an nonnced be would run as an independ ent candidate in the election November 8 . He has until October 11 to file hie petition. Dillon won the Democratic nomina tion for the office and unlessHhere is an independent candidate he will not.bave any opposition at the polls. LONG LAKE.
