In addition youngsters from the schools will be painting various store windows (including four here at S&N) with Hallow- een pictures. A free teenager dance is also on the program for the evening. This townwide event is being jointl y sponsored by the Patchogue Merchants Division , the Patchogue Village Recreation de- partment and the Lions Club.
