The Rev . Will- iam Boone officiated before the altar decorated with white flowers. The bride , who was escorted to the altar by her stepfather , wore < \ >ii floor-length gown of peau de r< ie and satin. The bodice had long sleeves and a Sabrinn neckline tiimnied with Aiencon lace. It was fashioned with a high Emp ire • v.aistline , forming into a princess 'iue with box pleats falling fron. the waist. Alem-on lace trimmed an apron effect in the front, of Ihi! skirt and a chapel train in the hack. A four-tiered veil of French illusion fell from a tiara of rhinestones and pearls. She cai I'ied a bouquet of white roses ami gladioli with an orchid in the center. Mrs. Joseph Price of Babylon , a,cousin of the bride , was matron- of-honor. She wore a full-length gown of shrimp satin with an over- . ' ikirt of chiffon. Her head piece was a crown of rhinestones to which a short face veil was attached. She carried a cascade bouquet of shrimp colored roses and gladioli. 1'oteen Price of Babylon was the flower girl. She wore a floor le ngth dress of mint green satin with a butterfly bow in the back. She carried an old-fashioned bou- quet of yellow roses. Josep h Price of Babylon was best man. Ralp h Elliott of Ron- konkoma , the bridegroom ' s broth- er , was an usher and Vincent Ter- ras! of Brooklyn , a cousin of the bride , was the ring bearer. Following the wedding ceremony a party was held in the garden of the bride ' s home and later a reception for 125 guests was held in Liberty Hall in Ronkonkoma. After a two-week tri p to Niag- ara Falls and through the New England states , Mr. and Mrs. El- liott will live on Forest View Drive . Lake Ronkonkoma. Mrs. Elliott is a graduate of Port Jefferson High School. Mr. Elliott is a graduate of Sayville High School and is employed with the Seldeu Materials Lumber Com- lany. CALVELLO—PESCE Miss Rose Ann Pesce , daug hter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Pesce of 12 Arbutus Court , Ronkonkoma , be- came the bride of Nicholas Cal- vello , son of Mrs. Rose Calvello of Coates Avenue , Holbrook , and the lute Antonio Calvello , at H p. m. Saturday. The Rev. William T. IIanion officiated at the double ring ceremony in St. Josep h' s Ii. C. Church , Lake Ronkonkoma. The altar was decorated with bou- quets of white floweis. Mrs. Wal- t-r Higler , organist , played the wedding marches and accompanied the soloist , Mrs. Sophie Sevenliss. Given in marriage by her father , the bride wore a gown of peau de soie made with a fitted bodice which came to a point at the center with lace app liqued at the points. The gown had a scoop neckline trimmed with Aiencon lace and crystals and long sleeves which came to a point at the wrist , the point having appliques of lace and crystals. The skirt was bouffant and floor-length with a five-yard (rain. The back of the train \ was accented with an exaggerated but- terfly starting at the back of the waist and going down to the cen- ter of the train which was trimmed with lace , crystals and jewels. Her headpiece was a high crown of pearls and crystals which held her elbow-length three-tiered veil of French illusion. She carried a cascade bouquet of white tea roses with an orchid in the center. Miss Joan Krist of Ronkonkoma was maid-of-honor. She wore a floor-length gown of gold velvet and nylon with short sleeves. The fitted velvet bodice had a scoop neckline and the nylon skirt was bouffant with a side drape trimmed with a large rose. She wore a scalloped crystal crown and car- ried a bouquet of roses dyed green. Mrs. Dominick Rossi of White- stone , a cousin of the bride , Mrs. Anthony Clementi of Holbrook , a sister of the bridegroom , , and Miss Roseanne Calvello of the Bronx , niece of the bridegroom , were the bridesmaids. Their gowns were fashioned like the mnid-of-honor ' s but were emerald green. They wore scalloped crystal crowns and car- ried bouquets of yellow tea roses. Anthony Clementi of Holbrook , brother-in-law of the bridegroom , was best man. Anthony and Vin- cent Martcllo of the Bronx , nephews of the bridegroom , and Dominick Rossi of Whitestone , cousin of the bride , were the ushers. A reception for 150 guests was held at Regency Hall in Commack following the wedding ceremony. After a wedding trip to the Poeono Mountains, Mr. and Mrs. Calvello will make their home at 12 Arbutus Court in Ronkonkoma. The bride is a graduate of Say- ville High School and the Hemp- stead Beauty Culture School. Her husband attended Samuel Gompers High School in the Bronx r.nd has own photo studio , the Calvello Studio , in Holbrook. He served in the Army four years. FITZPATRICK—STAPLETON Miss Jane Ann Stapleton , daugh- ter of Mr. and Mrs. James Staple- ton , Sr., of 106 Kennedy Avenue, Blue Point , became the bride of John J. Fitzpatrick , son of Mrs. John Fitzpatrick and the late Mr. Fitzpatrick of 1382 Sterling Place , Brooklyn , at an 11 a. m. nuptial mass Saturday at Our Lady of the Snow R. C. Church in Blue Point. The Rev. Thaddeus Rooney per- formed the ceremony before an altar banked with white pompons. The side altar was decorated with blue pompons. Mrs. Robert Ro- maine , organist , p layed the tradi- tional wedding marches and Miss Eleanor Snyder of Staten Island was the soloist. About 100 persons witnessed the ceremony. The bride , who was escorted to the altar by her father , wore a long gown of pure siik organza ana Aiencon lace of princess lines. Her long-sleeved fitted bodice was re-embroidered with seed pearls and sequins. Her head piece was a half cap of silk oiganza - and attached to a fingertip veil. She carried a prayer book with a white orchid. Mrs. James Stap leton , Jr., of Blue Point , sister-in-law of the bride , was the matron-of-honor. She wore a long gown of pale blue silk organza with a matching flower headpiece and a short veil. The bridesmaids were Miss Ann Fox of Flora l Park , Miss Alice- iruirie Stears of Brooklyn and Miss Patricia Farrell , cousin of the bridegroom , of Brooklyn. They wore identical long gowns of roya l blue silk organza with a royal blue flower head piece and a short veil. William Fitzpatrick of Ozone Park was best man for his brother. The ushers were John Devany of Brooklyn , William Francis of Parmingdale and Joseph Stapleton of Blue Point , brother of the bride. At 1 p. m. a reception for about 110 guests was held at the Blue Point Inn. Line Andrews ' orches- tra supp lied music for dancing. After a week' s honeymoon trip to Niagara Falls , the couple will reside at 1382 Sterling Place , Brooklyn. The bride is a graduate of Seton Hall High School and St. Mary ' s Hospital School of Nursing in Brooklyn and is now emp loyed as the head nurse in pediatrics at St. Mary ' s Hospital. The bridegroom attended St. Francis High School in Brooklyn and is a vetera n of the Korean War. He is presently employed by the Post Office Department in Brooklyn. BOGACKI—FALCINELLI Miss Janice Dorothy Falcinelli , daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Falcinelli of 4 Division Road , Lake Ronkonkoma , became the bride of Charles Thomas Bogaeki , son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thomas Bogaeki , Sr., of 313 Rich- mond Boulevard , Ronkonkoma , at a nuptial mass at 12 noon Satur- day in St. Joseph' s R. C. Church in Lake Ronkonkoma. The Rev. S. Thomas Minogue officiated. The altar was decorated with bouquets of white gladioli and white chry- santhemums. The wedding music was played by the organist , Mrs . Lillian Bigler , who accompanied the soloist , Mrs. Shirley Siegrist. The bride , who was escorted to the altar by her father , wore a fioor-length gown of white statin fashioned with a fitted bodice that had a scoop neckline trimmed with Chantilly lace embroidered with seed pearls. The sleeves were long and came to a point at the wrist. The bouffant skirt had a chapel train and Chantilly lace with seed pearls at the hip line. Her prin- cess headpiece was of lace and seed pearls with a teardrop pearl in the center front. The finger- tip veil was of French illusion. She carried a cascade bouquet of lily-of-the-valley and orchids. Miss Gail Falcinelli of Lake Ronkonkoma , a sister of the bride , was maid-of-honor. She wore a street-length gown of rust colored satin made with a fitted sheath and full c.verskirt. The skirt was trim- med with a bow in front and the fitted bodice had a scoop neckline and three-quarter leng th sleeves. A tshort scalloped veil was attach- ed to her headpiece of nylon leaves and satin flowers dyed to match the gown and trimmed with seed pearls. She carried a cascade bou- quet of gold and yellow chrysan- themums , pom-pons , Fall leaves and ivy. Miss Lorraine Fraund and Miss Dorothy Taggert of Lake Ron- konkoma and Miss Barbara Bogae- ki of Ronkonkoma , a sister of the bridegroom were the bridesmaids. They wo re gowns and headpieces of Kelly green fashioned like the maid-of-honor ' s . They carried cas- cade bouquets of brown and yellow chrysanthemums with gold and brown leaves. John Schick of Massepequa was best man. Patrick Mahoney and Ronald Taggert of Lake Ronkon- koma and Raymond Darrel of Ronkonkoma were the ushers. Caroline Falcinelli , a sister of the bride , was flower girl. She wore a floor-length gown of peach satin with a peach net overskirt . Her hat was also made of peach net and she carried a small bou- quet of brown and yellow pom- pons with gold and brown leaves. Louis Falcinelli , young brother of the bride , was ring hearer. Following the wedding ceremony a reception for 100 guests was held at the Suffolk House on Pond Road , Lake Ronkonkoma. After a wedding trip to Suffern . where Mr. and Mrs. Bogaeki stayed at the Motel on the Mountain , and a visit to Niagara Falls , they will make their home on Duncan Ave- nue , Lake Ronkonkoma. The bride attended Port Jeffe r- son High School and is employed by the New York Telephone Com- pany in Sayville. The bridegroom is a graduate of Seton Hall High School in Patchogue and is employed by the Nabisco Company in Jamaica. SMITH—WEIL Miss Trudy Weil of Alexandria , La., daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest S. Weil , became the bride of Major Robert Smith of the Air Force , who is stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base , La., son of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Smith of 6 Chestnut Avenue , Patchogue. The ceremony took place at the heme of the bridegroom ' s parents at 1:30 p. m. August 31. Rabbi A. Irving Schnipper of Temple Beth-El , Pa tchogue , officiated. The bride was given in marriage by her cousin , Warren Joseph of Mt. Vernon. She wore a cham- pagne-colored gown of brocaded satin with a matching veil and accessories. She carried white orchids and stephanotis on a white bridal Bible. Miss Ursula Weil of Alexandria , La., was her sister ' s maid-of-honor. She wore a red taffeta dress with a cloche of red feathers and carried a bouquet of white rose- buds. Harold Smith of Patchogue , brother of the bridegroom , was best man. A reception was held immediate- ly after the ceremony at the home of the bridegroom ' s parents , which was decorated with white gladioli and chrysanthemums. The bride Is a graduate of Bol- ton High School in Alexandria , La., and received her bachelor of arts degree from H. Sop hie New- comb College in New Orleans , La. The bridegroom attended Pat- chogue High School and received his bachelor of arts degree from Syracuse University. He also at- tended George Washington Uni- versity Law School. He is presently assigned to Headquarters Second Air Forc e at Shreveport , La., as chief of the accident investigation branch. He is also a qualified jet instructor pilot. Major and Mrs. Smith left for their wedding trip by car and private plane for Montauk Point and to New England. They will reside at 3810 Park- way Drive , Shreveport , La.
