The dance was sponsored jointly by the Rayport-Blue Point Rosary Altar Society and Holy Name Society and was under the chairmanship of Owen Healy. The Ladies ' Auxiliary of the Blue Point Fire Department met last Thursday night at the tire- bouse with Mrs. Richard Barthel- me, president , presiding. On Friday Wesley S pi-inghorn , Sr., celebrated bis birthday by treating the routemen to coif ee ami buns before they left on their regular runs anil at 0:30 a. in. the whole p lant had a break when they were also served refreshments. On Monday a group from St. John ' s Episcopal Church in Center Moriches toured the plant and Tuesday a similar group from St. Mark' s Episcopal Church in Islip were taken on a tour of the plant and served refreshments.
