Ep iscopalians Slate County Rall y Here BELLPORT — A Suffolk coun- ty rally, to mark the opening of this year ' s Episcopal Charities appeal in this area , will bo held at Christ church, Bellport , Wed- nesday at 7 p. m . It is expected that the rectors and co-chairman from each Epis- copal church in the county will attend. The Rev. Two films were shown , one , \The First Hundred Years , \ a film made by the Children ' s Aid society to show how they deal with children in New York city. The, other film was called \Meet- ing Emotional Needs in Children. \ It discussed problem children and how their environment affects their living habits. This film was from the New York U niversity Film library. The quiz program which was to be held May 11 has been post- poned to May 25 at 8:15 p. m. at the Holbrook school. All are in- vited to attend the quiz program. On May 4 at 1:30 p. m. the children at the school will give an Arbor day program for all the parents and friends. A tree will be p lanted on the school grounds and the children will put on a little play. The PTA donated a suitable sum of money to the newly form- ed Cub pack with which to pur- chase a flag. Plans were discussed for the PTA dinner to be held June 8 at Bronco Charlie ' s for members and their guests. Mrs. Joseph Consentino was appointed chairman for the affair , with Mrs. Frank Ierardi as co-chait- man. Installation of the newly elected officers will also be held that night.
