Dr. Julius Felicetti , consultant orthopedist , will conduct the clinic. The purpose of the Suffolk county orthopedic clinic is to pro- vide specialized diagnostic con- sultation and follow-up super- visory service to phsyicians and patients. Suffolk Legislator Representing State At Tax Conference TORONTO — Senator S. Went- worth Horto n , chairman of the Committee on Taxation of the New York State Senate , is attend- ing the forty-fifth annual confer- ence of the National Tax associa- tion , being held here this weelj, as the official delegate of the State of New York. The Suffol k senator was desig- nated officially by Governor Thom- Setaator Horton as E. Dewey a few days ago and a letter to this effect , together with a certificate of appointment , was forwarded to Sen. Horton by Gov. Dewey. The sessions began Tuesday and will conclude tomor- row. This is the second year in which Suffolk county has been honored by the designation of Sen. Horton , inasmuch as last year he was se- lected by the Governor to repre- sent the State of New York at the conference , which was held in Dallas the latter part of Novem- ber. In addition to being chairman of the Committee on Taxation , Senator Horton is also chairman of the Joint Legislative Commit- tee for Commerce and Economic Development and vice chairman of the Committee on Internal Affairs. Ex- change. The pipe racks at the Exchange are filled with hundreds of dresses , coats , suits , sports jack- ets , house coats , etc . The Fashion Exchange is open daily from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. except on Fridays when the hours are from 9 a. m. to 9 p. m. A NEW NAME was added to the potato chip industry this week with the announcement by the East Coast Food corporation of the start of full-scale production of Warner ' s Farm Fresh Potato Chips. The chips , the first to be prod uced on Long Island , will have their initial distribution in Suffolk county and should be available in the major communi- ties in about a week , according to Austin H. Warner , president. The Warner ' s p lant is located on Sound avenue in Riverhead , on the premises of the old Riverhead airpark. It occupies two large steel hangars which have been rebuilt and modified completely to facilitate installation of the latest scientific machinery for the continuous production of potato chips.
