Man Is Acquitted In Murder Case ROCHESTER,, N.Y. Peter Hursey of nearby Ham- Sin was found Innocent Wednes- day by a Monroe County Court jury. The panel found that the spying of Chester Robinson, 64, of Rochester, last Sept. 3 near Hamlin was done in self-defense. Hursey, however, was found guilty of a felony charge of possessing a loaded revolver. Judge Joseph S. Montesano of Robinson was shot near' the Randall King farm camp, where Hursey was employed, police said. The men argued over a dollar that Robinson said Hur- sey owed him for driving him to Kendall, a community near Hamlin, police added. Hursey charged that he was hit with a baseball bat during the fight. The farm is at 1565 Redman Road.
