FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4 Guilderland Players dramatic production, \Glimpses 8 p.m., high school auditorium, School (Continued on Page 14) Firemen To Host Halloween Party The Guilderland Center Fire Department will hold its annual Halloween party for children of the fire district next Monday evening, Oct. 31, A parade through the hamlet of costumed children accompanied by fire trucks and music will begin at 6:45 p.m. at Depot Road and Route 146 and arrive at the community hall next to the fire house around 7. Prizes for original- ity and creativeness of costumes, apple cider, doughnuts, apples, and coffee will await children and accompanying adults at the com- munity hall. Hellebergh DAR Old Hellebergh Chapter, Daugh- ters of the American Revolution,, will hold its annual Guest Day Nov. 5 at Helderberg Reformed Church, Route 146, Guilderland Center. The receiving line will be at noon with the luncheon to follow at 12:30. Guest speaker will be Mrs. Doris H. Diebold, newly elected state regent, who will speak on \Duty in the DAR.\ Mrs. Diebold, a member of the Ellen Hardin Walworth Chapter, was previously state treasurer and vice regent. All DAR members and their guests interested in attending should make reservations before Oct. 31 with Mrs. Ruth O.
