ANNUAL MEETING OF FREE LIBRARY The annual meeting of the Glov- ersvile Free Library was held yes- terday afternoon at 4 o'clock and the following officers were elected: President, Charles W. Judson; first vice-president, Richard B, Par- son; second vice-president, John H. Richardson; sccretary, J. P. Hea- cock. Two new directors were nam- ~ed to fill the vacancies caused by the death of the late Justice Spencer and George M. Place, Oscar L.. Everest be- ing named to succeed Mr. Place and A. C. Saunders being namei to suc- ceed Justice Spencer. A fitting tri- bute was paid to the deceased direc- tors by several of those présent.
