It is stated that most of this equipment as ibeins built for the Chat- eaugay railroad. —Joseph Breyea, charged by his wife with 'being drunk and disorderly, was before Justice Charles MdMasters Mondny morning for trial and was found not guilty. 'His wife, who has lxsen ax'tin-g stranigely for some time past, was examined after the trial by Drs. Buck and bark in with the object of a.w*;rtainiii'« her mental condition. S.n the opinion of the two doctons she is insane, and accordingly will be sent to the hospital at.
