The Eastern Division, comprising 227 miles, between White Bulphur Bprings and Richmond, is now In complete order and successful operation. The grading and masonry on ulorea of the 1 j 2 miles, between tho month ofNew River and White Sulphur Springs, is complete, and the work on the remaining 91 milea la so far ad vanced that traek-laplng will\ be commence d on thla portion of th* road In May next, and continue without nterruptlou until tho whole line is completed.
