Ehe Times Waahington correspondent aayn that large numbers of rebels are en- camped in the vicinity of Lecflburgh. Gen. Bank'g column has moved down the Potomac to that point. The Government will shortly put afloat two more expeditions, destined to land on the coast of the rebel States. Their exact destination U not known. Col.
