The Exchanges.—A writer in the Mobile Chronicle of the 2€»th ult. states the follow- ing important' facts in relation to the domes- tic exchanges: \ In Mobile during the last summer' bills of exchange on N. And on these facts be remar1ts,that 'the do- mestic exchanges are in a state of derange- ment greater irkdegree than that which ex- isted during the war with England and the two following years, when the banks r in this country generally sus- pended specie payments.*\ lure i MissottriiirThe Governor in his hlte annual message recommends the incorporation of a large state 'Ban&,'li»d the exclusion from the sState of all! bank agenciesfrom other states: he doubts ili$ Wisdom of relying only on a metallic cur- rejdrey.'
