Please remember him with cards, it may brighten his day. Ralph Maxwell and Mrs. Delia Packwood, his aunt of Hull, Quebec, arrived at Hilda and Percy Maxwell's on Saturday. Ralph called on his three daughters in North Syracuse Saturday night and returned to Hull on Sunday. Delia is staying with the Maxwells for two weeks. Joining them for Saturday supper were Bruce, Phyllis, and Traci Soule and Kurt Yonker. Doreene Burdais having spring break and is home for a week from Hamilton College. Marion Dillabough helped at the St Patrick's Day dinner held at Sandy Pond Sportsmen's Clubhouse Satur- day night A large crowd attended and all said Claire Burke and her helpers did an excellent job cooking the meal. Sharon Peston and Marion Dillabough attended a baby shower in North Syracuse for Marion's niece, Melonie, on Sunday. Jim Dillabough and son Steve did some cross - country skiing Sunday. Everyone can tell where they skied be- cause the marks left in the snow were from Jim's fanny, where he fell; Leon and I had the privilege of meeting our grandson at noon Wednesday as he gotoff his bus and we took him to the \Golden Arches\ for lunch. We enjoyed him so much and then Jamie came home and we had him for an hour before their mom got home. Bill and Marion Craig and Mindy Hall attended the beautiful wedding of Ens. Pricillia Chase and Ens. Glenn Thibault at the Pulaski Wesleyan Church, Saturday eve- ning. Carolyn Hann, Tom, Griff and Doretta Jones attended the corned beef and cabbage dinner at the Sandy Pond Clubhouse Saturday. Millie Tryon and Millie Dana were shopping in Penn Can Mall on Monday and enjoyed lunch at Pkrinville Farms. Congratulations to Garry Ingraham, who won a Gold Key ARt award on MONY Scholastic Art competition. He had to-do a landmark drawing so he did the \apple barns near Scriba\ a pen and ink drawing. Congratulations, also, to my nephew's son, Mark Schryver, who has just been told he received a New York State Regents Scholarship of $250 per year for four years, and a New York Scholarship of Excellence, $2,000 per year for four years, \Nice going, Mark! — Aunt Mag and family are proud of you!\ Harwood Bentley would like to thank Jim Archer, who took him to the VA Hospital on March 3 at night and to Leon Crandall who took him in the night March 16. He appreciated it very much. Leon also took him in on Tuesday. Dick and Norma Bardeschewski were Wednesday din- ner guests of Donna and Gordie Brownell in Oswego. Later in the evening they attended their granddaughter, Chelsie's concert at her school. A wedding reception forfriends at Vona's in Oswego was attended by Dick and Norma Bardeschewski on Friday. Later they visited Bill Wood. Lisa Bardeschewski, daughter of David and Kathy, celebrated her 16th brihtday and her grandparents, the Bardeschewskis, attended. Lisa got her driver's permit, like all normal kids who celebrate getting to be 16. Millie Tryon hosted a surprise birthday party for her brother, Henry Scott of Richland, Sunday night. Attend- ing were Carlton Scott Richard Scott, Elder Mark An- derson, Elder Devaughan Rackman, Eddie and Peggy Tyron and kids; Ken tryon and kids and Becky Tryon. Henry's sister Clara called from West Virginia with birth- day greetings. Enjoying roller-skating Saturday night were Eddie and Peggy Tryon and kids, the Alvin Tryon family and Ken Tryon family and Becky Tryon. Sandy Quonce was home from college for the weekend. Margaret Maloney had her friend Angel and Betsy Wads- worth as guests over the weekend. Linda and Rusty Hilton joined the others in the Pitch (card) tournament at Bob and Marge Fox's Saturday night. Others enjoying the game were Grace and Mike Fox, Richard and Laurie Fox, Lance and Bonnie Stoweil, Fran and Bev Dashnau, Dale and Elsie Steele, Carol and Archie Neill. Winners were Rusty Hilton and Bev Dashnau. Ice - fishing is still continuing on 8\ thick ice and Jaekperch are now bing caught in front of the Wigwam.
