Salmon Derby, Festival Reels Them In A successful Salmon Derby and Festival concluded Sunday with Oakley Stout from Govlcksboro, Pa., the big winner. Many other Salmon fisherman and people attending the 13th annual Salmon-Tario Festival and Derby presented by the Pulaski/Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce were also winners. More than 3,000 people attended the festival and 431 registered for the derby, according to Sylvia Clark, Chamber president. Stout's take included $500 cash and a 17' Grumman canoe loaded with prizes.
