Mrs. Maria Flyn of Palermo and Mrs. Kathy Epolito of East Syracuse visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Sullivan one day last week. Mrs. Martha Amerman of Glens Falls visited her parents, the Rev. and Mrs. Gilbert demons Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Armin Rudd of Katonah, N.Y. are spending a few days this week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Rudd. Mrs. Blanch Snyder, Mrs. Dorothy Gibbs and daughter, Eliie, and Mrs. Joan Stacy and daughter, Amy, attended a wedding in Vermont Saturday. Brian Snyder and George White attended the Mens Retreat at the LaTourneau Camp on Canandaigua Lake. Mr. Arnold Tamblin Sr. of Woodville visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emery Tamblin Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Myron Shirley and Douglas Shirley of Mexico visited Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Shirley Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Rudd and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Shirley had a Valentine's dinner Saturday at the Plainville Turkey Farm Restaurant. Mrs. Mary Snyder and daughter, Billie, and son, Brian, called on Mrs. Bonnie Barney and son, Allen, in Adams Thursday. Later they had dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Parker and Mrs. Barbara Knight and daughter, Heather, in Watertown. Mr. William Henderson of Watertown and Chris Tamblin of Copenhagen visited Mr. and Mrs. Emery Tamblin Friday night. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Murray of Ellisburg called on Mrs. Mary Snyder and family Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Rudd and son, Jacob, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Shirley and children, Peter and Elizabeth, the Rev. and Mrs. David Rudd and sons, Benjamin, Joseph, Matthew and Levi, joined Mr. and Mrs. Armin Rudd and Mr. and Mr.s Floyd Rudd and daughter, Rebecca at the Rudd home Sunday night to celebrate Steve and Floyd's birthdays. Richard Tamblin Sr. of Adams and Jamey Ackley visited Mr. and Mrs. Emery Tamblin Monday. The District Superintendent Rev. Wayne Wager was the guest speaker at the Boylston Wesleyan Church Sunday night. Later refreshments were served in the church basement. Many from the area churches attended the family skate night at the Pulaski Roller Drome Monday. Brian Snyder and Steve Woolson led the devotion time. Sewing For The Home Cooperative Extension is offering a class on \Sewing for the Home\ in Pulaski, Tuesday, March 3 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Snow Memorial Building on Route 11. According to Carole Harth, Program Assistant at Cooperative Extension, this program is designed to help take away those winter blahs and give you some ideas to spruce up your home. Sewing for the home is both very creative and rewarding. You will view slides and see examples of many home projects including window treatments, pillow, table and bed fashions. The same program will be held in Oswego, Monday, March 2, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Oswego High School. Interested? Pratt Anna Row accompanied Joyce Jones Wednesday to Mexico Senior Citizen's covered dish dinner and meeting. Thursday they attended the Industrious Club at Nutrition Site for luncheon and meeting. On Friday p.m. they attended the Faith United meeting at Maude and Hattie Davis's home. They had birthday cake for Anna Row's 92 special day. Joyce Jones and her daughters, Diane and Carol, had an open house from 2-5 p.m. at Mexico Methodist Church. There was around sixty who attended. Refresh- ments and a large birthday cake were served. Anna received many gifts and cards and several arrangements of flowers. Ambel Jacobs, Mae Gibbs, Wayne and I accompanied Shirley Mahaffy to the open house. We saw several people we hadn't seen in a long time. Grandson Adam had his eighth birthday Tuesday, February 17. His father and mother. took Stacia, his cousin Christopher and Matt, his school friend, to Chuckie Cheese in North Syracuse to celebrate his birthday. They all stopped here to see Grandpa and Grandma. Barbara brought us a plate of her good cookies. Members of the Executive Committee are to meet that same evening at 6:30 p.m. in the Hospital Administration Office in preparation for the Board of Directors Meeting which follows. The two main items of business for the evening's agenda will be: (1) Review the progress todate of the three Task Forces: \Chemical Dependency,\ \Hospice Planning\ and, \Primary Care Services.\ (2) Plan whatever Council Actions are necessary to complete the current year which ends this May. All Oswego County residents concerned about our Health-care services and- or their delivery are invited and encouraged to attend the Council meetings and to participate in their discussions. Eveleigh, son of K. Bernard and Rebekah Eveleigh of Rural Route 2, Mannsville, has graduated from the U.S. Air Force non-destructive inspection course at Chanute Air Force Base, 111. During the course, students were taught to detect flaws in missile, silo and aircraft material using various in- spection techniques, in- cluding X-ray.
