Family Hair Stylist PULASKI BEAUTY BOUTIQUE 7435 Lake St., Pulaski Assemblyman Ray T. Chesbro (R-C, Oswego County) has announced that he has contacted the New York State Department of Labor Commissioner, Lillian Roberts, to try and save the Pulaski Labor Department Office from closing its doors. Chesbro stated in a letter to Commissioner Roberts, \The Pulaski office is open only once weekly to offer essential service to this rural area. I firmly believe that the minimal cost of savings attained by closing this office does not outweigh the benefits it provides.\ The State Employment Office in Pulaski is one of nine, regional, Labor Department offices that Commissioner Roberts has proposed closing due to cutbacks in the federal funding which directly maintains them. \It is imperative that we offer job training to our dislocated workers. These workers do not want to be unemployed, but through a changing economy, they have lost their jobs. Now it is our job to assist these displaced \workers and help them find employment,\ Chesbro added. The three top finishers in the men's division were: Bruce Crammer, Kevin Sweeney and Charlie Gunn, all members of the Fischer-Salomon Team.
