Containers Are An Attractive Improvement People in the Village of Pulaski have probably noticed the new trash con- tainers on the streets. Many thanks to the Pulaski Kiwanis Club, The American Veterans Post #89, The Just Small Shop on Rome Road, and The Pulaski Village Department of Public Works for these terrific new con- tainers. The clubs donated the needed monies. The Just Small Shop made the receptabtes ana aonatea a complete one and Dick Monnat and his crew stained the boxes and installed them. This is a great improvement. When more dollars are available, it is hoped to have planters made to match, filled with colorful flowers and placed on the tops of the boxes. Every little bit makes our village more attractive. Other highlights of the fun- filled show include a segment devoted to rare vintage footage of the three stars of the Bandstand Era and a dance contest that promises to get the audience from 8 to 80 out of their seats and up on stage with the \other\ stars of the \Golden Boys of Bandstand\ Frankie Avaion, Fabian and Bobby Rydell. Reserved and general ad- mission tickets are available at $14 and $12. For reserved seating and credit card or- ders, call 315-782-0044. Support Group To Meet Adjusting to a child with special needs is a life-long process as members of Parents of Special Children, a local support group for families with handicapped members, well know. Even though family and friends may give a sigh of relief once the initial adjustment has been made, for the parents the process continues. Group members will join with family therapists, Janis L.Scaturo and Kim But- terfield, to explore this topic as well as other issues related to unexpected birth outcomes. The meeting, to be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23 at the Oswego County Health Department, is open to the public. Persons desiring more information about Parents of Special Children are encouraged to phone either Ann Comerford at 343-4176, or Pat Goldstein at 343-6480. Introduces AFS Student Have you met Becky?
