It was our pleasure to have a nice, good- looking young man, Mark Roberts of Phoenix, wait on us. Not only did we enjoy an excellent dinner, but also enjoyed Mark, and the sunset was just beautiful! Saturday morning, Leon and I called on Pete and Joyce, Katie and Alex. I got to love my brown- eyed girl, but Alex slept through the whole time! Later, we took some sand over to Jamie and David and did we ever have three happy boys - who? Jamie, David and Muttley, their sheepdog who laid down in the sandbox too. He's one of the nicest dogs I ever met! Coming home, we stopped at the home of Dave and Jean Harvey where a graduation party was being held for their daughter, Jackie Pierce, who just graduated from PACS. We had a nice time, but the wind got nasty and cold and not having the courage to get in the \violent\ volleyball game to keep warm, we left before the rain came. Kathy and Betty Carr were in Wolcott Tuesday visiting Michael Carr and family. Picnic Planned If you taught or went to school in Pulaski at any time, you are invited to join a group meeting for the twelfth time at the Bluff Pavillion, Selkirk State Park, July 17, at 12:30 p.m. No reservation is necessary. Just bring a dish to pass, your own beverage and table service; also spouse, offspring or guest. There is no planned program. Time passes all too quickly as old Mends greet each other and catch up on family news—after a lapse, sometimes of as much as 20 years! Happily, newcomers keep showing up. This adds much to the pleasure of the occasion. For any further information, Barbara Mandigo (298-5417) or Eunice Tollner (298-4153) will welcome a call. Please put the date on your calendar TODAY and mention it to friends who might have missed this notice, July 17, at 12:30.
