TRE it enacted dy the Trustees of the KJ Villoge of Oxford, That all horfe racing.or. waggon or flergh racing, im arty of the fireets, or public fquarés of this village,. is hereby probibited, under the penalty of two doliars for each and every offence, to '\ tbe forfeited by the owner or poffeffer of each horfe, woggon or fleigh. Sec. II. And be it further enacted, That the firing of guns in auy of the fireets or public fquares of this village, be, and the time is hereby prohibited, under the penalty, ef twenty-five cents, to be forfeited by any individual offending herein, for each and ~ «very offence. ~- Sec. 111. And be it further enacted, That no horfe or horfes, mules, neat cattle, fwine: theep, or geefe, hail run at'large -in any of\ the fireets or fquares of this village ; and that for every offence againht this af, the ewner or peffeffor thail forfcit the following penalty, to wit : for every time that a horfe - or mule may be found running at large in any of theftreets or fquares of this village, the owner or poffeffor thereof fhall forfeit the penaltyof twenty five cents for each and every hborfe or mule; and for every time that any neat cattle may be found running at large as aforefaid, the owner or poll.
