Ji never occurred to me that I could &ave all that lime by tele- phoning him first and getting an appointment, \I used to try to keep a lot of details in my head and when I needed something, nine times out of ten, I couldn't get just the information I wanted. Now I turn to my telephone and get detailed information in a hurry. \Aod in making sales and collections, I don't hesitate to use the telephone because I know from experience that it pays.
