T HE subscriber offers for sale a mill privi- lege, one mile north oT t\hi» village, on Uie Chitlenangn creek,- ernhracing the entire stream, together with twenty-four acres of land attached to the same, with eighteen lect fall on the lot. There is a saw mill and dwelling house, on the lot, which, as well as (ho dum aie in good con dition. There is power sufficient to drive o cotton mill with 10,000 spindles, in the dryeit season, which may be had by any person wishing to engage in any business requiring the above, power, at a very low rate, leaving threo fourths the purchase money on mortgage as the buyer might choose. Also for sale, ten acres of land on Ibe west bank of the Chiltenanso creok directly at the falls. The falls are 130 feet, nearly perpendicu- - lirTaml will afford power to drive ma chinery sufficient to carry 100.000 spindles, which may ha purchased fur one eighth the amount usually paid in New England. At present there are but two saw mills to occupy the whole of this immense water power, which anight be purchasod for a mere trifle, compared to , its actual value, for extensive manufacturing pur poses. The fell* are threo miles north of Cazendf ia (a Jbriving manufacturing villago of2000 inhabitants) and five- miles south of (he canal, at Chitlenango, in a well settled farming counlrv, tyitb all the ma terials at hand for biuldjng, having a superipr stone quarry'on the banks oltho creek which cost nothing but the digging. My friends and neigh bors had given up all hopes, and told me that I must die.
