Tbe falls are (hreo miles north of Cazenovia (a thriving manufacturing village of2000 inhabitants) and five miles south-of tho canal, at Chittenango, in a well settled farming country, with all the ma terials at hand for building, having a superior stone quarry on Ihe banks ot the creek which cost nothing but the digging. To persons wishing to engage in manufacturing, requiring permanent water power, this place of fers inducements that are not equalled in this slate. There are already four woollen factories on this stream, besides three others on Ibe lime stone creek, 'in this immediate neighborhood, also flouring mills, paper mills, oil mills,-macbino shops, furnaces, in fine almost every kind of me chanical work needed to put a factory in opera tion in a short lime. CERTIFICATES, • 1 certify that I was afflicted with a Diarrhea three years ago, whjoh resisted all the common remedies of several physicians, and continued to wear me down for three or four months, so that I nearly despaired of getting well, when I applied to Dr. FOORD fur advice. He gave me a bot tle of his Tonic- Cordial, and in one week I was cured of it, aod in a short time recovered my 'usual strength, and have ha4 no return oT that complaint since. 1 A neighbor of mine, at mv're-- quest. has also used it with the same success.
