Hutcheson of Mr. and M cago are spandi Dr. and Mrs. R. Central avenue. Three youths from Brooklyn, who maid they were James Ryan, aged 20. of 310 Warren street; Frank A. Lynch, aged 20, of 228 Warren atreet, and Edward Kenny, aged 16, of 148 Wyckoff street, were held for the Nassau County Grand Jury on a charge of burglary in the third degree. The youths were captured last Thursday night by Officer Kenyon after they had entered the residence of John Van Dine in Rockaway turn- pike. - Mrs. Ambrunan, a . neigh- bor of the Van Dines, who are sum- mering at Bayview Beach, Milford, Conn., saw the trio loitering tear the house, and later enter it. She phoned the police. Kenyon arrived as they came from the residence, one carrying a bundle of stolen cloth- ing. The policeman commanded the trio.to halt, but they started to beat it. In the scramble to get away. the * bundle of clothing was dropped. Ong of them fired three shots at Kenyon. but none took effect. The officer also fred three shots at the fleeing men as they turned into West Broadway, and grabbed one of them. Officers Fawcett and Rogers aided Kenyon in rounding up the burglars. Mr Van Dine was notified and identified the clothing stolen as his property. Mre. Louis M.
