Distribution was announced by the Emergency Medical Service of. . the State War Council. The plasma is to be released at the discretion , of the ; local directors of Civilian Protection , local chiefs of Emergency Medical Serv- ice or hospital authorities. This use is not confhied to persons who may • be air raid casualties or who-may be in- jured in other war-time emergencies. The plasma may be used for civilians , but in this connection the hospital au- thorities would be required to replace that , plasma at some future time. The Emergency Medical Service has placed this plasm a net only in the major hospitals of the State , but in villages and towns.
