The development of the limb is as e s- sential as the development of brain : in fact without the former the latter can scarcel y be accomplished . To desire daughters to look delicate for the sake of appearance is a false and sinful modes t y, and some day the mistake will be discovered and appreciated. I send this remed y, which I know from actual experience to be good , having used it on a little child w h o was badl y scalded. As soon as possible cover the burn with mucilage or white of an egg. That will exclude the air , which will soothe the pain almost instantaneousl y.
