The Nassau-Suf folk Hospital Council (NSHC), the as sociation that represents Long Islands hospitals, recently re-designed its web site so u§ers can easily find information with just a few mouse clicks at www. nshc.org <http://www.nshc.org/> The home page highlights breaking news related to federal, state, and local regulatory and legislative activities. The Help Your Hospital tab is zip code-driv en, taking visitors to a screen that details the economic impact hospitals have in a particular area and the damage Medi- care/Medicaid cuts will inflict if en acted. Visitors have the opportunity to contact their legislators from that link.
