Before this tragic accident, Carl was a typical 13 year old with dreams of a bright future. He enjoyed camp ing, swimming, video games, biking and horseback riding with his fam ily and friends. Carl sustained mul tiple injuries. The most devastating injury was traumatic brain injury. Carl is dependent on others for all of his daily needs but he struggles to re- the devotion and support of his loved ones. Carl’s family is hoping that this community fundraiser “will provide the means to achieve therapies that are not covered by insurance and to purchase a piece o f equipment called a Quadricis- er. The Quadriciser will allow Carl to mimic a walking gait which will help to exercise his muscles and stimulate his brain. This is what Carl needs to hope fully walk on his own some day. This program allows residents to bring household hazardous wastes to the Town of Babylon Residential Recycling Center for safe disposal. Participation in this program is vital to insure safe drinking water and a healthier environment for the future. Please label all m aterial. S.T.O.P. Collection Day Saturday, October 2,2010 Town of Babylon Residential Recycling Center 57 Field Street West Babylon, N.Y. 11704 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Proof of residency is required.
