The M uslims have the right to practice their religion, but with that right com es the responsibility to do it compassionately. To place a m osque near Ground Zero is far from being compassionate. Feelings o f fam ilies who lost loved one have not been taken into consideration by the president, the mayor and the M uslims. These devout people should show som e com passion with actions. Move on and find another location. Babylon Village officials find cash; earn public’s trust Dear Editor: On FrL, Aug. 6 , 1 left Chase Bank on M ain Street, with m y cash and quarter order. Through m y haste and negligence, I dropped $400 in sm all b ills next to m y parked car. On arrival back at m y business, The Seabreeze, I discovered the loss and went back to the bank, when I returned to where I parked, the m oney was gone. I went into the bank and was handed the m oney I had lost that was turned in by mayor Ralph Scordino and Anthony Davida, trustee. I would like to acknowledge these two gentlem en w ith m y utm ost gratitude. I think we have cornered the market on honest public servants here in Babylon Village.
