The improvements proposed include (i) acquisition and construction of a 380,000 gpd wastewater pump sta tion to be constructed on the north side o f Irving Avenue between Straight Path, Olivia Street, Mount Avenue and Irving Avenue and (ii) installation of a 10 inch diameter 9,800 foot force main and gravity feed mains within the benefited area all for connection to the Suffolk County Southwest Sewer District. The m axim u m am ount proposed to be expended for such improvement is $9,500,000. The proposed method o f ap portioning the costs o f such improvement is through the levy o f taxes upon all of the taxable property within the Town outside of vil lages without limit of rate or amount. The proposed method for financing such improvement is through the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds of the Town. A map, plan and report describing such improvement are on file in the office o f the Town Clerk for public inspection.
