AND FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that petitions nominating'candidates for the office of member of the Board of Education shall be filed with the Clerk of said School District in the North Babylon School D istrict Business Office, 5 Jardine Place, North Babylon, New York, not later than Monday, April 19, 2010, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., prevailing time. Vacancies on the Board of Education are considered separate, specific offices. A separate nominating petition is required to nominate a candidate to each separate specific office.
