Fifty local Odd Fellows will ac- company the mascot goat \Traveler\ to Luzerne this evening, where the goat will be placed in the hands of the Odd Fellows' of that place for a few days. The party will leave Odd Fel- lows' hall at 6:30 o'clock this evening in automobiles. Twelve automobiles have been donated for the excursion. The goat has beer cared for during the past week by members of Electri¢ Lodge. The goat has been envied by all the boys of the village. Where ever it has been allowed to graze on lawns boys have congregated. The object of sending the goat on a state wide trip is to promate a more friendly spirit among the Odd Fel- lows and by having a delegation of Odd Fellows accompany it on each trip, the different lodges become bet: ter acquainted with each other. A book of souvernir views accompanies the goat. In every village where the goat visits views of that village are placed in the book which eventually will be- come the property of Half Moon lodge in Mechanicville, which conceived the idea of sending the goat on its long journey,. The goat originally came from Tex as a few weeks ago and was one of a car load of goats shipped to various __ IN THE THEATRES Empire, ed for this afternoon and evening.
