Becker spent Wed- nesday in Schenectady with her daugh- ter Mrs. Geno Turchi and family. Mrs. Olive Murphy called on her sister Mrs. Roy Cook at Oak Hill, Wednesday. Ward Becker is still in the Albany hospital but is some better. Shirley Sturm had the misfortune to fall Tuesday morning and cut her knee guite badly. She was taken to the Community hospital but has re- turned to her home. Mr. and Mrs. Ira Chandler spent Monday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Bert Neff at Delanson. Mrs. Harry Rogers of Waldenville spent Wednesday with Mrs. Lela Gage. Mrs. Luther Wilty and daughter spent the week-end with friends in Xeacock, Pa. Thomas Betts from Toms River, N. J., spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. William Shediva. The remains of Mrs. George Man- chester were brought here for burial, Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. William Winkleman from Duanesburgh spent Thursday evening with Mr. and Mrs! Ira Chand- ler. Mr. and Mrs. William Zimmer and children of Frewsburg spent the week- end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Zimmer.
