Except as herein expressly nrovided the said note shall be of the terms, form and contents as the District Treasurer shall determine and execute; consistent however with the provisions of the said Local Finance Law. Said note shall be executed in the name of the said district by the President and Treasurer of the Board of Fire Commissioners, and sealed with the corporate seal of the district and at- tested by the District Secretary.
