CLUB TO HAVE DRAG STRIP Art the regular meeting of the Hill- topper Sport Car Club, Jan. 30, it was apnounced that a strip of land- has been secured from Ted Price of Schoharie for the purpose of a drag strip. Through this, the club hopes to abate juvenile delinquency and to discourage the use of public high- ways for speeding by teen-age drivers. At this meeting, three new mem- bers were accepted into the club. They were: Mildred Burton, Gallup- ville; Carolann Buchanan, Berne, and Ken Rathbun, Schenectady. On Feb. 3 the club held the tri- county rally. Many members of the Empire Motor Sports Ciu'b of Albany participated with the membership of the Hi 11 toppers-. This rally was set - up by Carl Sohultz, Greenville, and Robert Simmons, Westerlo. COMMUNITY NOTES David Sturm died at his home . near here last Thursday evening.
