The - Northport - Conmunity Garden Club is sponsoring its first annual Main St. store front Christmas decoration - competition ~ this year, ~Mrs Albert Zillian, ~ tlub president announced. All store fronts in the down- town business section are eligible for the competition. The purpose of the competition is to encourage beautification of the downtown Northport area at Christmas and to encourage people to shop at local business establishments, Store fronts will be judged by three judges yet to be named. They will take into consideration originality, - beauty and confor- mance to the spirit of the sea- Bon. There will be three flotal prizes awarded to the winners.
