Harold D. Ashllne was appointed secretary of the organization to fill the vacancy caused by* the resignation of IS. E. Ryan. Mr. Ashline, who is a prominent local merchant, is exceptionally well qualified to fill the position. He is a charter member of the Chamber and one of its drganiz- era.
