James- town. Mrs. Carpenter was one of James- town's oldest residents and had lived In Chautauqua County practically her entire life. Had she lived until May 24,1922. sha would have been 96 yean of age. The topic for discussion at the Open Forum meeting next Sunday will be \Is the American Home Im- perilled?\ The class is increasing its member- ship steadily and we hope for a ban- ner attendance next Sunday.
