The women are seeking in- formation concerning \Pinkie Puppets\ Which they would like to make asgifts for hospitalized children. This is a nation-wide project associated with hospital volunteer \Pink Ladies.\ The dinner committee for the next meeting consists of Mrs. Poster Dealing, Mrs. James W. Sayers, Mrs. Bayard Staplm, Mis. S. W. Hagan, Mrs. Volney Baloh, Mrs. Gleason Sperling, Mrs. Floyd RandaUl. The menu is expected to in- clude foods representative of a foreign oounltry, as will other menus to be offered from time to time at «he meetings. Batchmans Taking Vacation in Florida Then Fly to Hawaii SEBER SHOBE - Mr. and Mrs. Robert F, Batohman who have been spending the winter in Penfield, arrived Tuesday afternoon at their cottage. They reached Penfield Monday night aifter a trip to South Bend, Ind., visiting relatives and friends, enroute. Next Monday they are starting on a two-week trip to Florida where they will visit Mrs. Batchman's sister, Mrs. Bloise IMebrand at Clearwater Beach. Lorice Apart- ments in Lacona in the remod- eled block formerly owned by the Potter Hardware Company. An Open House when people may come and see the apart- ments will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 31. A modern front has been put on the building, and the inter- ior completely remodeled to include two apartments up- stairs and three on the ground floor. Smith, tenor, now residing in Rochester, will be a soloist in the North Country Music Society's production of \The Creation\ to. be presented on March 24 in Pulaski. No stranger to music lovers in this area, Mr. Smith is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn W. Smith of Pulaski and has been active in various musical organ- izations in the Central New York area both before and after his graduation from Pulaski Aca- demy and Central School in 1956. He has sung with the Park Methodist Church Choir since 1950. He appeared as a tenor so- loist with the Hamilton College Choir from 1957 until 1960, and was a member of the Capitol Hill Choral Society -while attending- Albany Law School from 1961 to 1963. Other Musicians Appearing with Mr. Smith White of Hastings and John Kapeles of Baldwinsvifle. will be two other well-known Rochester soloists, Ardis and Earl Obermeyer, soprano and bass. The performance is sched- uled at 8:15 p.m. Sunday, in the auditorium of Pulaski Acad- emy and Central School. Choral conductor is W. Agis- ter Crandall, who has had much experience in Canada and New England as a choral director or- ganist Frank Pizzuto who was for several years conductor of the LeMoyne College Orchestra, is conductor of the orchestra, composed mostly of musicians from this area. The orchestra will be augmented for the per- formantee by several profession- al musicians from Syracuse. Outlook Club to Elect Officers A meeting of the Outlook club will be held Monday eve- ning at the home of Mrs. Har- vey Cannon, with Mrs. Ronald Batson as assistant hostess. This will be the annual elec- tion of officers. The program is in charge of Mrs. Phillip Corse. Open House to Be Held Tuesday at Birch and Buck's An Open House for alll in-, terested in seeing the 1968 line of tractors and other equipment will be held at Birch and Buck's south of Sandy Creek next Tuesday.
