A meeting' «f t«e committee to whom was re fe red Ihr preliminary organization of the Park and Fair Ground Association , met in the rooms over the ature «f C. VV. Payne on Saturday lasfc. Ther agreed to report at a public meeting to he bolden in Music Hall to-day, that the objects of the association are feasible and its organization advisable; that the association organize under the general law incorporating such societies and upon a stock basis; that the shares be 810 each; that the location be determined , b y the votes of the shareholders when not less than 500 shares shall have been taken. The meeting to- day will receive and act upon this report. We do not doubt that it will be fav o r a bl y received as the most prac- ticabl e, j list , aud consi sten t inception of the enterprise. .
