The Farms management has issued a bulletin announcing the price of $110 per 100 pounds for Ju'y milk. Marine men who have followed tne St. Lawrence for many years are beginning to believe that the river is being affectod by the tide conditions. The water has certainly been very freakish this year. It has never before been as high. Those accustomed to tne river know that a strong wind down the river will cause the water to raise and a wind up the river has the opposite effect. These variations are easily accounted for by the fact that tbe water is driven from tbe lakea faster ry it off, This year, however, with a light breeze, ot ao wind at all, the level will change as much as ten inches in half an hour, and do this several times a day.
