The plaques will be erected to honor all who gave over $1,200, which represents the amount set by the special gifts committee as being necessary to dedicate one bed. A spokesman for the committee said that &ny one who has contri buted less than the required amount and would like to have a memorial plaque erected could do so by contributing the difference up to $1,200. According to Sister Miriam Thomas, the names of those con tributing $500 or more would be inscribed on the existing large bronze plaque which is in the main lobby of the hospital. Because of many details to be arranged, a definite date for the dedication of the new wings has not been get, but officials of the hospital are hoping that it will be sometime in September. At the present it is expected that Francis Cardinal Spellman will be present for the ceremony. Plans also include the celebra tion of the fiftieth anniversary of the establishment of the hospital at the same time.
