Randolph, the houfe refolved itfelf into a committee of the w^ole on the report of the felc£l committee on the impeachment of S amuel C hase , an aflbeiate Judge of the Supreme Court of the United States. The queftion was taken on agreeing to the eighth article and carried in the affirmativ^e.
