Judge Gilesof the U.S. District Court, mat Sheriff Creamer in the street this forenoon told him in decided terms that he was to be held accountable for all the blood shed to-day. As a Judge and Lawyer he told the Sheriff he had the authority and that it was his duty toinforce it. In the Eighteenth Ward the rowdies took possession of the polls and gave the Reformers notice to quit. Felix McCurly a Reformer, was badly beaten. . In the Filth Ward the Reformers were A. son of Hon. Joshua Van Lant was beaten for attempting to vote. 'The Ist, 2d, 3d and 4th Wards are also in. possession of the rowdies to the total exclusion of all who oppote them. ,_ In the 20th Ward the towdies are knock, ing down and maltreating whom they please. The rowdies have a swivel on the ground. In the 12th and 16th wards, gangs of row. dies from Washington, fully armed, are aiding the Baltimore \Roughs.\ In the 15th ward a boy has been mortally wounded. He was shot in the breast. There is considerable talk of a Vigilance Committee on the streets. Washington, Nov. I.
