I was ill Roxbury today and on the spur of the m o m ent I went to my father’s grave in the cem etery n ext to Roxbury School and to my dism ay I saw where a car had been parked with in about a foot of my father’s grave, also next to it a few feet was a strip that had been tom up by spinning of wheels and there was a lot of b e e r cans and I don’t think this kind of thing is called for. I went to Roxbury School and I don’t rem e m b e r the kids running over the cem e tery or parking cars so close to the graves. Of course, then everyone d idn’t have a car to drive to school. We went to school on buses; that is w h at they are for. I ’m quite sure that most the the parents knew where the children were come dark. I’m also sending a letter to the Board of Education in Albany to find out why cars are allowed to p a rk so n e a r to the cem etery m aybe they can put a stop to it or m aybe whoever is doing it will find their mislaid respect and stop Thank you, Evelyn O’Brien week here at their home.
