Grand jurors will report at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, and trial jurors at 10 a^m. Thursday, Sept. 6. Among local residents whose names have been drawn for the grand jury are Dorothy Brooks and Ruth Carmeili of Roxbxiry, Emily E. BuUis, Andrew Faber, Beatrke M. McDonald and Flossie A. Stevens of Downs- ville, GrjJiam Frisbee of Andes and Mary Havan of Bovina Center. Drawn from local conmiuni- ties for trial jury service are Ronald Ballard of Roxbury, Programs for the next sev­ eral months were outlined to a well attended meeting of the Margaretville Senior Citizens club at the Arkville fire hall on Tuesday of last week. A picnic is planned for Tues­ day. Aug. 28, at Minekill state parit. Those wishing transpor­ tation may contact Wdl!£U\d San­ ford. The meeting place will be the village parking lot on Church street. Mrs. Donald Neer was a pa­ tient in Margaretville Memorial hospital last week. Worker Injured Eddie Roberts was injured last week Wednesday while working on the Holdridge farm and received treatment at the hospital. Dr. and Mrs. Dirk R. Budd cif Keuka are parents of a son, Dirk R. Jr., bom at Geneva Aug.-10. Mrs. Budd is the for­ mer Evelyn Fairbairn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Fairbairn of Dry Brook. Mrs. George Hillriegel, sister of Mrs. Budd, took her father, John R. Fair- toairn, to see his grandson on Tuesday and brought Mrs. Fairbairn home on Wednesday after she had spent two weeks with the Budds.
