Y. nwirg., June 21 .1973 Mr. and Mrs. Morris Kunstadt spent last week with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Alan Wiener, in Plainview and attended an engagement party for their niece, Miss Melanie Rostek of the Bronx. A combination party celebrating Fathers day and the Kunstadts’ anniversary was held Saturday at the Wiener home. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kern and daughters, Hilary and Tracy, of Upper Saddle River, N. J., spent the weekend with her mother, Mrs. Shirley Geller. The chicken barbecue at the Methodist Church today will begin at 5 p.m. and continue until all are served. Mrs. Sophie Zanger of Pleas- antville, former resident of this village, visited friends in town last week Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Close of New York City spent the weekend with his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Valk. On Sunday they and the Valks visited Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Stoutenburgh in Delhi and attended a dinner party in honor of Mr. and Mrs. William Valk’s 56th anniversary at the Andes hotel on Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Konitzer visited her son-in-law and daugh ter. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hohman, and son, William, at Fort Ann a few days last week. A dinner party in honor of Mrs. Colleen Greene was held Wednesday evening at Sal- vucci’s. Attending were Mrs. Elaine Pultz, Mrs. Mary Searle, Mrs. Tillie Fairbairn, Mrs. Edith Alton and Mrs. Frances Davis. Following the dinner, a gift was presented to Mrs. Greene. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Craft were Wednesday dinner and overnight guests of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Craft, and daughter, in Monticello. Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Washburn of Jamestown were luncheon guests of his brother-in- law and sister, the Walter Crafts on Thursday. Saturday the Crafts visited their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Craft, and family in Middle Grove, returning home Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Morse spent the June 9 weekend visiting their son and daughter- in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Mor«e, and,, femily, ,in, W ailing-,, ford, Conn. They were accompa nied by Mrs. Blanche Roberts of Halcott Center, who visited her son and daughter-in-law and family, also at Wallingford. Peter Mathews of the Bronx visited his parents Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Mathews, over the weekend. The Rosenthal family of New York City also visited the Mathews family on Sunday. It had been estimated that Vincent Bragoni, 33, had been dead eight or nine days before his body was found. Tom Tintle, operator of Tintle's service station along route 28, detected an odor coming from the room of a building adjoining the station shortly after noon. He climbed in a window and found the body on a cot, partly decomposed. (Coroner William Keyser of Kingston was notified and ordered an autopsy, the results of which are awaited from the state police laboratory at Albany. Mr. Tintle had rented the room to Bragoni about eight months ago. Mr. Bragoni was described as a self-employed commercial artist, who had resided at Scarsdale.
